I have owned a LOT of vehicles and subsequently have experienced a number of service departments and service advisors. Daniel Gersna is one of the very best I have experienced. He is knowledgeable , personable and customer focused. The entire service department under the leadership of Mayra is special and impressive.

I had my car serviced twice, once was recall done with concierge service. When the driver brought my car back, there was strong body odor smell in the car, and I had to spray sanitizer sprays to neutralize the smell. Second time, I drove to the dealer to get schedules maintenance, when I got in to my car after the service, there was strong body odor smell in the car again. If the service techs do not want to be hygienic, the dealer should put plastic over seats so their body odor does not seep in to the seats. Also, I got a fast track violation citation in the mail (the concierge driver used the fast track lane without a pass). I will no longer get my car serviced at this dealer!

I was not informed my car was ready, and when I pulled up to pick it up, it was parked outside and dirty. It was washed the day before I picked it up and no one called me the following day to tell me my vehicle is ready. I had to call. Not my car was very dirty.

I am very disappointed with my service today. I came to get an oil change and a tire rotation. It's been 4hours and they are barely working on the vehicle. They told me it would take anywhere between 2-3 hours. You would assume after 3 hours someone would talk to you or tell you what's going on. Nothing. I had to ask the guy what's going on with my vehicle approximately 20 minutes ago and he tells me they are barely working on it and then they still have to wash it. I told him I don't want him to wash it as it's going to take 4-5 hours. No thanks. It's just doesn't seem reasonable that it's taking 4 hours for an oil change. Crazy. The service department needs to do better. Customer Service is out the window. Communication should be priority and it's obviously not.

The service felt underwhelming. I brought my car in for a recall issue. Also, I asked about the oil consumption test as the car has been running rough. This happened before, and I was told that the car had run out of oil. However, I never had an oil light come on in the car either time. I never received an update about my service. I consistently had to call in to try to get information. The next day I returned the rental in the morning and assumed the car would be done hours later only for me to call as I pulled off the exit and be notified that I had to give approval for a recommend service. A service advisor never called me to ask about the additional service. I declined, and my car wouldn’t be available for another 1 1/2 hours. I came the next morning and the car was ready and clean, thank you. I spoke to Pat the GM about my experience and I’m not sure if I was dismissed as I never received another update from the service department about my car. I still don’t know if they investigated why twice my car ran out of oil without a low oil light on. Maybe the light doesn’t work? Maybe this is all a “one off” experience - we will see. By the way I responded to the auto text twice for someone to call me after it asked if I had questions. That seems to work as well as my oil light does. Regards Shawn Kohler
