For the record, Melissa was absolutely great! My only disappointment was in not receiving my vehicle back on the Monday afternoon and sadly the scheduled return on Tuesday slipped a bit out of the 10:00 A.M. - noon window - that’s not at all on Melissa. My vehicle looks great and appears to have been thoroughly serviced!

How can I trust your company when not even the work i demanded (and can control) is done? This raises automatically the question:was all the service work done i paid for? Also, the quality of interaction with your staff is not consistent with the Genesis 'promise' and high-end posifjkning. All in all, a very frustrating and desapointing experience. The service experience defines the brand value. Take away: the Genesis ezperience, service and car, is not worth the money.
