I don’t believe this has anything to do with Oscar as he was polite and followed up and it would’ve been absolutely satisfied, except that my car got returned at 23% battery remaining. And I know I charged it enough to get it to Corona and back to my home but I ended up being in Lake Forest for a few hours and they didn’t want to wait till I returned home. It should have been charged. Genesis knows that we do not want to go under 30%. Please add charging EVs if they need it to the process. They charge fast!

I was not greeted by Savannah when I first arrived, she didn't fully explain the recommended services, she mistakenly provided me invoice paperwork that she was supposed to keep, which required me to inconveniently come back and hand deliver the paperwork with no real appreciation from her.

I dealt with three different service reps while my GV80 coupe was there for the week. I did not feel like anyone followed up with me appropriately or truly listened to my concerns. I had to explain the radio issue to multiple people multiple times and push them to thoroughly investigate the problem. Each time. I felt like they weren’t really trying and were simply trying to get the car back to me as I received two notifications that my car was ready before the problem had really been looked at thoroughly. In the end, I’m still not sure I was satisfied with the decision and outcome.

The lack of communication needs improvement. My vehicle wasn’t returned the next day as promised & no one contacted me. I had to call and find out that no one scheduled a driver to return my car. It was picked up on Monday 4/13 & returned Wednesday 4/15.
