Every thing was fine, the service much appreciated - until we discovered our running boards no longer function. We are both 86 years old and they were added because the car sits high and it has become increasingly difficult to enter and exit. Please put them back in operating condition they are essential to our use of the car. I believe this is my fourth or fifth message, plus a phone call, all without response… Not a Happy Customer

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with Genesis of Corona. But I don’t think it was as much Melissa as it was her manager. I was asked to pay $1000, up front, because I was told that the loaner vehicle was scratched. I asked to speak with a manager but no manager was available. It took days to get updates or an explanation. I was then told that an insurance claim would be submitted if I didn’t pay the $1000, per the manager. I expressed to Melissa how disappointed I was that I was hearing what her manager said through her and not directly from the manager. It’s been over a week since my service was completed and I still haven’t heard from any manager. I still haven’t received any word on what the body shop estimate was. I regret my past positive reviews and quite frankly, I see why people have left such poor reviews about Genesis of Corona on the Google page . The $1000 up-front payment policy wasn’t mentioned up front and it wasn’t in the contract. And just as worse, the lack of communication or care shown by management has been appalling. I may never buy a Genesis again because Genesis of Corona just did a big disservice to the Genesis brand.
