Jesse tried but he is a novice and doesn’t know anything about a genesis. Anything I asked him he said he was new on the job. He should never have been hired without previous experience on the cars he services plus he has no customer etiquette. From his responses he should be fired. Solution, bring Jonathan back.

Terrible experience with Genesis of Corona.
I had one of the worst customer experiences here. I purchased a vehicle that was delivered with a crack in the window, and instead of taking responsibility for damage that was clearly present upon delivery, they are charging me $1,000 out of pocket to repair it. Completely unacceptable.
The manager, Myra, was cold, unhelpful, and showed zero understanding or willingness to resolve the issue. On top of that, I was told the car included an aerial‑view backup camera, yet when it arrived, it did not have this feature at all. This is incredibly misleading.
Between the poor customer service, lack of accountability, and misrepresentation of features, I would never recommend purchasing from Genesis of Corona.

Listen she corrected the mistake of not replacing the filter during services last week. But I wasted my time and gas to be at the dealer all of 5 minutes. Then sat in traffic for 2 hours getting home. Not as satisfied as I could be.
