I am satisfied with Melissas handling of my issue of my car being scratched, however, i am dissatisfied that the scratch on driver side mirror is still there as well as an additional scratch on the very front of the hood.The paint iz completely off

Thank you for making the experience so pleasant. I felt like I was waiting in a hotel lobby instead of some dumpy waiting room.
