Melissa provided excellent customer service. She promptly updated me with the status of the maintenance of my vehicle and was so polite. She also let me know that she would be out of the office the following day that my car would be ready and delivered. She provided me with the name and number of the agent that would be helping me, I believe it was Oscar. He was amazing as well. I always love working with Genesis of Corona to have my car serviced.

A number of computer programs went offline when your technicians addressed the recall issue. Also, the front passenger carpet exhibited unidentified debris which was not prevalent prior to servicing the vehicle. Obviously a poor vacuuming function was performed by your detailer. I was satisfied with the service rep who walked me through via face time by getting me back online with the heretofore mentioned computer programs.

I brought my car in to clear codes that were on the app and for cruise control abruptly shutting off. Nothing was fixed because tech could not replicate problem. I showed proof with pictures that cruise shuts off and dashboard lights up with alerts. Car still not fixed. Unsatisfactory feeling i get

I have been a loyal customer since 2015 and have purchased two cars from this. After this experience, I will never return. I came in for routine maintenance and a brake check. I was told my brakes were fine, but I needed 4 new tires and an alignment. I was quoted $1,755 and approved the work based on that number. From that point on, the price kept creeping up! I was told my battery wasn't holding a charge but they recommended charging overnight for $99 to see if the battery was any good. A simple battery tester would have sufficed. Verbally quoted a battery price of about $450. Next day I was told my car needed a new battery at a cost of $697. Not only was that an unexpected add-on but that price didn't include installation.At this point I was nowhere near the original quote I agreed to. What made it worse was the lack of transparency. The way the original $1,755 was presented did not clearly reflect the $499 service charge the would be applied. I felt like the real cost of service was revealed in pieces, not upfront. I then requested some kind of loyalty discount for the amount of business brought to the business and I was told that the manager Myra Trujillo would only approve $100 discount which would have been the same discount from the battery charge provided I got a new battery through them. I was told by Brian Guzman that the sometimes give a 10% discount on the managers approval. I didn't qualify because my car came in on a Thursday and the discount is for weekend service. Remind you, this is already Saturday and the work is being done on a Saturday. This was the moment it became clear to me that customer means nothing here. After years of doing business with this dealership, I left feeling completely devalued and disrespected. Not because of the cost alone, but because of how the entire situation was handled. The price kept changing and the communication was unclear. When I raised concerns I was met with excuses and not solutions. I stopped the service, and paid for what had already been done. I left with zero trust as I went to a Les Schwab to get my G90 running again. This experience made it clear that the focus here is on the dollar, not the person.If you are looking for a dealership that values honesty, transparency, and long-term relationships, I don't believe this is the place.

I already spoke with the Service Manager who refused to help or apologize for the horrible service. This is the second time I have been screwed over by this dealer and I will never return, and I have already told everyone I know with a Genesis in Anaheim Hills and Yorba Linda to steer clear if this dealership. I was looking to buy my wife a GV80 and will certainly not be going to your dealership to purchase it. I took my wife to test drive it there and even though the sales team there is awesome I will never step foot at that dealer again.

Bryan told me scratch repair might cost around $900, but Rick at Corona Collision tried to scam over $7000 without even examining damage. Extremely unreputable. Then Bryan delivered my car near empty after I filled your tank. Bryan has offered a gift card.
