I was surprised that I couldn’t get a loaner for a recall repair when all of my other service is covered by valet service. I had to call Genesis to get reimbursed for the Ubers, but that seems like something the dealership should work out with them upfront.

I brought a friend with me and we enjoyed the complementary coffee and hot chocolate. The whole experience of just having the oil changed was great.
