I was told my car would be ready within one hour to one hour and a half for my service so I went to walk around seven hours later. I finally got my car you call that good service and what I was told was you put other cars in front of mine… that’s what Mr. Lee told me so that was the fact why didn’t you call me and tell me the car was going to be seven hours later and I could’ve taken an Uber home

The service took too long. I had to wait for two hours for simple oil change and tire rotation. My local shop does it in less than 30 minutes. Time is money as they say and currently you are wasting mine even though the maintenance is free. If I had to pay out of pocket, I will never go back. There is no complaint about Lawrence. He did a nice job.
