The service took too long. I had to wait for two hours for simple oil change and tire rotation. My local shop does it in less than 30 minutes. Time is money as they say and currently you are wasting mine even though the maintenance is free. If I had to pay out of pocket, I will never go back. There is no complaint about Lawrence. He did a nice job.

One detail made it just less than fully satisfactory. My car was returned with just 16 miles of range left. I was expected to replace the gas in the loaner vehicle, which I did not drive, but you returned mine empty. Please consider this in the future. Thanks.
