The service advisor, Matt Lopez, quoted us the charges in the phone with an understanding that service fees would include the brake rotar replacement. The bill charged remained the same as the quote but without the rotary being replaced. It was re-serviced instead. The battery replacement took more than 1.9 hours. The longest time Matt said it would take is supposed to be 1.5 hours.
Therefore, the services were overcharged without good explanation.
When we asked for a phone recording, Matt said the recorder is broken.
We have experienced the worst customer services experience from Matt. We will never come back to this dealer for services or buy a car and recommend against my friends to do so.

Kevin is very helpful and so are the other data ????. But after the service I went to charge my car, I charged it to 90% but it showed only can run to 244miles ! Usually with 90% it can run up to around 300 miles, so is it due to the recall n update of the system/program ? Hope the office can reflect this to Hyundai. Thank you !

Steven was great. I've had mixed service experiences at Hyundai dealerships and this one was very positive. My tires were rotated, the recall was taken care of and they replaced the hydraulic joints on the hatch. This was supposed to resolve the rattling that I've had for like 10 months on my car and it has eliminated the metal clacking noise, but there is still some rattling, much less, and I'll reach out to Steven for this. It was worth the drive all the way to El Monte from Altadena, thanks!

The tires were rotated incorrectly. The Genesis Coupe has bigger rear tires than the front. Now after the rotation, the bigger tires are in the front and the smaller tires are in the back.

I had an appointment at 7:15am Monday morning and i was there before my appointment. The Service Center office was dark and I thought they’re still closed but they are open. I think the fuse went out. Anyway, I waited for 3 hours for the service and for the recall. I don’t know if i’m coming back to this dealership. I’m so disappointed.
