I was very disappointed in not being kept informed about the status of my car. I left 7 messages and spoke to several people in the main office. They couldn't get anyone to respond to their calls either. After 12 days I picked up my car without it ever being looked at. Will not be back.

Your service rider was great. I just noticed a couple things that wasn’t cool such as the obt connect over was on the floor. Then I noticed my next service date. The mileage is incorrect. A sticker that’s on my windshield say 38395 miles or service by 1/12/27. My current mileage right now is 44560
