Great overall service. Long line in the morning but I appreciate you all doing what you can. I went to Puente Hills originally, horrible service over the phone.
The wait was a little long for an inspection with a 7:15am appointment but I felt the service was thorough and detailed so I don't mind. I'll be planning on using Cardinale for my future service needs.

Great experience overall. I didn’t personally drop off my vehicle, so I didn’t have the chance to meet Joseph in person, but he kept me updated throughout the entire process via text. My car was ready earlier than expected, and the detailed repair order clearly explained the diagnosis, work performed, and parts replaced. The communication and transparency gave me a lot of confidence. Very grateful for the service.

The service person (lady) she gave me a very nice and good impression for the knowledge of vehicles and it’s components, what I do not feel satisfied with is about me having to leave the vehicle for 3 days for evaluation about the issues that have not been fixed before and that will not be given a loaner. Completely satisfied with yesterdays care of my car. However, not so much today! Glove compartment popped opened on way home, called today to be told a diagnostic would have to be done in order to see what problem is, and that's just to see what's wrong with it. It will not close and I don't think I should have to pay for a test after I paid $198.00 yesterday. Really? Diagnostic on a glove compartment? Not happy with that after I've been your customer for a few years.

I had a great experience with Joseph Flores at CardinaleWay Hyundai El Monte. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and made the entire process easy to understand. I had been without my car for a few weeks, and he really took that into consideration by working as quickly as possible to help me get back on the road.
He answered every question I had in a timely and clear manner, which made me feel reassured throughout the whole process. On top of that, my car was ready much faster than I expected.

Did not receive what was promised. Joseph Flores clearly indicated “NO SERVICE specials for oil change + tire rotation.” wanted to charge $179 when there is a service special on website for $149. Joseph also offered to wash my Santa Fe & it didn’t happen. Why are service providers not passing on discounts to new customers or being transparent when it comes to service & best practices/prices. I left with no tire rotation & no car wash. Not a good start for first service department experience. Back to Puente Hills Hyundai.

Sophia Lopez was excellent. Service staff were good. When I picked up my car it was a dirty as I left it. Also it would have been nice if you topped the charge as well. Now I understand that's my responsibility but this level of customer care from other dealerships (e.g. BMW) makes the customer feel cared for especially for a major repair like this one where I almost got in a car accident on the freeway and the car was in the shop for over two weeks. For relatively little effort it makes the customer feel cared for. This is not a complaint, it's some advise.
