The cost for a simple filter and wind shield wiper change was astronomical. I can do that myself, and I did. What I was disappointed with was the customerer service. My car wasn't washed, it had sticky stuff all over it still, I asked to update my maps system bc of a warning everytime I use it saying it needed an update or it woukd no longer function. That wasnt done, also the guy who helped me diddnt even bother showing up for me while I was there to talk to me. Everyone just kept saying they couldn't find him orchestras on his way. He never came and I eventually just left frustrated. Everyone was apologizing but nobody was doing anything to make it better.

My unrealistic expectation cost me $50. When Ricky informed me of the total cost, I specifically asked him to apply the "spend $500 and save $50" offer.Somehow it didn't happen.
Today I found out that the amount wasn't deducted from the total payment after I got home. I will have another service appointment coming up. Wondering if Cardinaleway would credit the amount for the following visit.
