Myron was a nice guy. However, I completely disagree with the diagnostic and the fact that I was charged to get my car back was ridiculous. I then had to bring it to Cerritos to get it repaired under warranty. I plan to also post a negative review on yelp, unless I receive a refund. You are welcome to call me.

Myron did a wonderful job. My dissatisfaction is because you charge $249 just to install a battery. That is outrageous. I have no real choice since I can only purchase this battery from the dealer. Your abuse of customers like myself puts a stain on the Hyundai brand and I will definitely seek out a different dealer in the future should I need service.
