I was recently quoted $1,400 to replace the spark plugs and crankshaft sensor. When I requested an itemized estimate, I was surprised to see that $990 of the total was attributed to 4 hours of labor. This raised some concerns for me. Are your technicians truly requiring four hours to complete what should be a relatively straightforward job? If so, this suggests a lack of efficiency that I find troubling. I expected a higher standard of service and expertise. Due to this experience, I will not be returning for any future services.

Nobody seemed to want to work, let alone help me. I’ve always thought customer service at Cardinalw was bad, but now it’s even worse! Your service people should be trained more! They are a turn off. I was very dissatisfied with my visit today! All I wanted was to have my odometer read for MPG program. The person said it doesn’t exist anymore. When I asked him to call Hyundai MPG, he said he didn’t have the phone no. He should’ve researched it to find out their phone no. He actually asked me, the Customer, if I knew the number! He was just plain lazy! And after he went to my car to read the odometer, finally, he just left without a word to go back to the trailer. I was standing right there! No, I’ll be right back, would you like to wait here, nothing at all! He just left without a word until I called him back. I asked, are we done? Where are you going? He just completely ignored me! Just awful customer service!
