I had some other potential issues with my car but they said it can only be diagnosed on week days with a $250 charge if it turns that they can not figure out the problem. I was very disappointed with my experience. The service staff were erratic and unclear in their communication. There were errors and incomplete work done that I had to follow up on. They provided an estimate for a repair and asked me to bear the additional cost when the repair work was botched. They were unprofessional and uncaring in dealing with me. I will not return to the El Monte dealership, and strongly deter others from doing so.
