Outstanding service! We were traveling across country and my next service became due. After speaking with Heather I stopped in just before 6pm and arranged to drop the car off the next morning around 7:15am. The team squeezed us in and completed the task and had us on the road by 10am. I wish I didn’t live in Toledo Ohio and could recommend your location to family and friends. The service department never diagnosed my problems as discussed. The only thing they did was read the codes and take screen shots of them. Did not diagnose the exact problem or check my injectors as asked. Very dissatisfied and won't be taking my vehicles here again.

Jackson is great. I have always been happy with his service. However I don’t think I have ever talked to anyone else in the service department and felt like they did a good job. So I always prefer to bring my car in to you guys first, but if I pull up and see Jackson isn’t there then I start questioning if I should just go somewhere else. If Jackson isn’t already a manger or isn’t already training the other service writers, then he should be!

When I arrived I asked about this and was told I might have the wrong number. I called the number again while standing at the counter and her phone rang, I didn’t have that wrong number.
I live out of state and returning/answering the phone is important.
