Brought car in for 100K mile checkup. Service took so long that person who we were originally dealing with was gone by the time car was done, never got to speak with individual who actually did the service so don’t know what condition of car actually is. Not sure what tech did. Drove in with car that drove down road smoothly, got out on interstate to drive back home to WY and car drove like the wheels were unbalanced or not aligned, will need to take in to have it checked by someone else locally. Drove in with car that started/stopped perfectly, received car that had trouble starting and knocked when turned off. No sticker in windshield telling me when next oil change due. Specifically requested that windshield washer sprayers be adjusted so that washer fluid sprayed correctly on windshield, received car back with no fluid spray hitting window so that driver side wiper can clear the window, and one sprayer actually shooting off toward the driver side mirror. On top of everything else courtesy wash was the worst ever. Do you even want my business?

Bonnie is amazing. She keeps you updated on the status of your car. She checks on how your are doing and makes sure you know there is a shuttle available. She walked me to my car to remove the plastic left behind during the service. I really can’t say enough about her. Before she was hired the service process was ok. Now it is outstanding.

It took over 2 hours to get my oil changed. This was not an impromptu drop in. I had a scheduled 1:30pm appointment, and I showed up 10 mins early. I was quoted an hour to an hour and a half. I thought an hour and a half seemed a bit much, but I would’ve gladly taken it! I did not get my vehicle until 3:38pm. Over 2 hours! For an oil change!! The team apologized that they didn’t have time to wash it because they knew I was trying to get to a 4pm meeting across town. I cannot imagine how long I would’ve waited to have a car wash included. If I would’ve been told how long it actually was going to take for this appointment, I would have been able to make plans to not waste my afternoon in the waiting room or I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. Either of those options would have been preferred to what I actually had to experience. Please provide more honest time quotes or keep your team running on time. I’m not sure where the failure was, but the experience for the customer (me) suffered because of it.

Vehicle was there for 7 weeks for a sensor replacement. Didn’t receive one phone call update, had to call on my own multiple times which I was only ever able to speak to someone every fourth or fifth call. After I did speak to someone and was promised call backs which I did not receive.
