I came all the way from the Heights. The "wrench" picture was on on my screen and they turned it off and that was that. I did not need an oil change but thought perhaps they would be checking out fluid levels, filters, etc. It was still under factory warranty. I have since bought a 25 Kona so hopefully next time I come in they can do more of an unspection.

Was not disappointed until I got in my car and the steering wheel was covered with grease. We have a very light colored interior and it was filthy. Returned in and asked the young man behind the counter to come out and look at it and his response was,”well I didn’t see what it looked like before we took it in”. He did wipe it off but his response and the total disregard for the cleanliness of my vehicle was quite a disappointment.
