Service was great. But I believe that the dealership would rotate my tires regardless of what kind of car it is. The dealership should treat the customer better

When I scheduled the appointment, I thought my car was supposed to be the first one. The text you sent said 11:30. I responded but did not get an answer. I then called about 10:30 and left a message asking when my car would be done as I was trying to line up a ride. I only received a call about 12:30 stating the car was done. Also, with this construction, it would have been nice to know how to get to the location. Texting this information to customers would be nice. Thanks. Jim
