I was sent a recall notice from Volvo. I called Underriner to ask about it and they said it wasn't something that could be done over the air waves and that I needed to bring it in. I was experiencing some of the symptoms that they talked about in the recall notice. I live in Bozeman so I made an appointment and then drove over two hours in construction traffic and waited an hour and then was told there were no updates and my car was ready to go. I took 5 hours out of my day, put 400 miles on my car and spent money on gas for absolutely nothing. So...no, I am not satisfied. There has to be better communication than this. I wasted an entire day for nothing.
