Well where do I start. I left my car there the day before my appt because I was leaving for vacation gave them 10 days to look at it. I tried calling you for 4 days and you never answered the phone or called me back. And finally the day before I came back I called again and finally talked to someone about my car and they said they were just now pulling it in to look at it I was shocked I had an appt and you pulled it in the day before I get back from vacation. Then they tell me it was a flashlight that was making the noise which is wrong because the next day I heard it again. I am now taking it to the Mercedes service department to now look at it because you have the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Answer your phones and call your customers back .

If Tyrel was the gentleman working out at the service desk, he was fantastic. Very informative and brought my engine filter into show me to confirm I still wanted it changed.
I was also impressed with Underriner’s ability to look at my engine filter without an appointment. I greatly appreciated it.
Your survey asked if I was interested in a trade in value assessment. I’m not sure I’ll bother with Hyundai. In my opinion, they ruined the Sante Fe when they increased the length and made it look like a block. Tucsons are too small. If I wanted the passenger sitting in my lap, I would have considered it. Maybe a Honda, but not for another year or two.
