After I had problems with GPS and arrived late, Ty took me to my cardiac appointment, given that I live 3 hours away and could possibly lose that appointment if late (and the shuttle wasn't going to be available for another 45 minutes. Ty was extremely knowledgeable about all of the maintenance items I asked for and quickly helped me determine what was needed. He was friendly, cheerful, and very efficient and professional.

I was very pleased with the entire service process. I live in Powell WY and the service manager was very accommodating to get us in for service since we also had a doctor's appointment in Billings. Also, Ty did an excellent job of explaining his recommendation for not rotating the tires during this service trip. Good people

The engine oil notification was not reset and I worked on the screen to get back to the mph all the way to Laurel. I finally called the Service Department and they talked me through it. I was able to get home to Absarokee safely. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with this Service Department. The front desk people are excellent, as is Heather when I deal with them.
