I had an appt scheduled for 1:30, my car sat in front of the doors for an hour before it was moved. All together this process took 2 hours. All I had done was an oil change. It should not take 2 hours for this to be done.

3 hours for an oil change and tire rotate, no other services, with an appointment, is disappointing to say the least. I had scheduled appointments that I thought a 3.5 hour window following the oil change would be sufficient for, and I ended up being late due to the extended oil change. If I had known it was going to be this long, I would have tried to reschedule.
Then, when my car was finally finished and turned back over to me, the seat wrap, floor protector and service tag were all still in my car, so I had to remove them prior to leaving.
I understand that some things happen beyond a businesses control, potentially resulting in a service interruption, but this whole service visit was a disappointment and should be unacceptable to a manager.
