I absolutely detest! The AI make an appointment service or whatever you are calling it. It’s frustrating it doesn’t get everything right it takes multiple times to make it work. I want to talk to a person. I do not want to use your AI.

It took 8 days of calling without answer, and almost a week after I left a voicemail without talking to a human before I got fed up with calling and drove to the office to talk to a person. The service advisor was helpful and he answered my questions and got me an appointment right away for the next morning. I dropped my car off the following day and again this service advisor was very nice and helpful and she answered all my questions. My car took 50% longer than quoted to get a transmission fluid exchange done, the tech sent over a bunch of “check the box” photos of an inspection but I noticed that half my engine was dismantled for these photos and that they wanted to continue looking for an old oil leak with no evidence of any fresh oil present. I declined this service, the car hasn’t dropped a single drop of oil while I’ve owned it. I also noted that the tech missed a 16 penny nail in my tire tread in his “inspection”. I took the car home and something wasn’t sitting right with me from the photos so I opened the hood to take a look. I then proceeded to photograph all of the hoses that were lazily left out of the guide holders, the random bolt off my engine that was just left off and laying by the wiper blades, the missing bolt that holds my oil dip stick was no where to be found. The intake hoses only partially reinstalled and clamped back on were alarming, as well as the exhaust side of my engine that appeared to have been completely removed for no apparent reason have my pretty heated. I’m quite dissatisfied with the service, especially after the exorbitant price for a flush that you’ve monopolized the market on so customers have no choice but to pay. I ended up spending a couple hours going over the car to see what was missed and moved unnecessarily, and now the car appears to have a very slow oil drip. I called and complained to your operator and she was very kind and even went out of her way to take my info over to the service advisors in the next building (who still weren’t answering phones) and I was called my a very helpful oil change guy who wanted to make sure I knows I wasn’t forgotten and that I would be call first thing the next morning. The call never came, I was informed by the operator and oil tech that a manager wasn’t available until Thursday though. I will leave this here, but I intend to pass on the review of your labor to several review sites later this week.

Tyrel is an excellent representative of your company. He gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced at your service department. I love the new text system with the video of my car service and other new and appreciated touches such as the plastic seat cover. The ONLY thing I give a thumbs down is the 3% fee to use a credit card. I spent hundreds of dollars there today and that sad surprise certainly cheapened an otherwise positive experience.

My car ended up being at the dealership for 5 days for a catalytic converter replacement. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. None of this was Matt's fault. Where he fell down for me is in not keeping me updated on what was happening with my car. My car went in Monday afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. The check engine light was on and further diagnostics showed the catalytic converter was bad. Matt said all the necessary parts to fix it were in stock so I said to replace it. At the end of the Monday, Matt called to say he needed the car another day. That was fine, but I didn't hear from at all from him on Tuesday until 4 p.m. once again I was told that my car wasn't fixed but that a special tool has been ordered. I told him I needed him to keep me updated throughout the day. On Wednesday I called twice in the morning and left messages for him to call me back. He said he didn't receive any messages from me and gave me his direct line. So now it's Thursday afternoon at 3:00 pm, and I still haven't heard from Matt. I call to see what is happening, and he goes and talks to the mechanic. I am delivered the news that my car is still not fixed and that it probably won't even be done on Friday. This was the last straw for me because I was supposed to leave for Denver on Friday which I had repeatedly reminded Matt of. I had friends leaving for France and I was supposed to be taking care of their dogs. I asked about a loaner car and was told none of the dealerships loaners were allowed to leave Billings. I telephone my friends, and we decided I needed to fly to Denver early Saturday morning. I did end up getting my car back at 2:30 but it was too late to change plans. I don't want to get Matt in trouble, but I think this should be a lesson in how not to handle a difficult situation. I'm my opinion, Matt needed to be calling me and a lot sooner in the day. I live alone and have one car so I was pretty much stranded. I did have a couple of friends give me rides when they could. I even had to take an Uber to get my haircut.
