I appreciate they were able to get my vehicle in at such a short turn around. The staff was friendly- however- my car was filthy i had driven frim Williston. Windshield was so covered with bugs couldnt hardly see. The car was not washed or cleaned. After my service ehen I left- close to closing time. I noted my "Emergency brake is temporarily unavailable". They were closed checked on Website- Saturday 5/30/26- stated serve department opens at 9:30. I would have been on the road at 7 (8 CST) but waited got there at 9:15. No lights on- went into dealership. Service is closed on Saturday. I could have been half way back to Williston! Thank goodness Paul who sold me the car was there. He was kind and looked up different things to reset. But not successful. I will have to make a trip back to Billings to get reset what they must have touched during service. When I started getting service- car washed lightly vacuumed a bottle of water in the cup holder . I am frustrated .

Bonnie was great! But, when we were on the road with problems, I could not get anyone to return my calls. That was disappointing.

I think this may have been misdirected, as we were there April 30th. However, when we were there we were so very impressed with Bonnie Brunko’s professionalism and her knowledge of our vehicle. She was amazing!!!

Bonnie did an awesome job as always. I appreciate the timelines of diagnosing any service items and completing the work quickly. However, calling in and trying to get a hold of someone was a pretty bad experience. I kept on getting looped and the new AI reception system is pretty awful. I left a message at the general mailbox to get some information on the vehicle and never heard back, so I’m sure it got lost somewhere in the ethernet. Please get a human back as the receptionist.

The appointment was supposed to be a half hour long. It took a little more than an hour and a half.A lunch date was missed. However every person working with us was courteous and we were pleasantly surprised to see our car had been wash and the interior was clean.

My indicator light is still on after he changed the lightbulb so I need to bring it in probably tomorrow to make sure that the code is shut off so the indicator light will shut off on the dash

I appreciated being listened to and getting my questions fully answered. My vehicle was repaired quickly and there were no unexpected delays. Have a loaner vehicle available while my car was awaiting repair, really reduced the impact of loss of vehicle use.
