Was terrible service from beginning to end. Came in to have headligjt connection checked and bulbs replaced. Was told non then phone they would check only that first before doing an inspection. They did the whole inspection and given incorrect part replacement price quotes and when I asked for detailed breakdowns on doing one headlight at a time foe the “clips being replaced, was quoted over 900.00 . Jackson sent me a text with all the breakdowns I did not ask for and did not address doing them what I asked for was replacing a clip one at a time. I was not informed they got one headlight working, until I saw it in the photo. When asked he was rude and kept repeating himself about it would be over 900 for each “ clip” to be replaced one at a time, which is told they have have to remove the bumper which is not true. When I asked more questions he interrupted was rude and I wil definitely never come there again. The part is like 22-43 dollars oem, and talk about taking advantage and ripping someone off. The bumper being removed is ridiculous and so glad you asked foe a review because I was going to report the terrible service and dishonesty

Well the car report from Underriner came back showing tires all in good wear, 7?
But I had an appointment with Discount Tire to get new tires after my service. They measured them as 3 and 4. So it makes me wonder if the technician actually preformed all the other checks required at the 30,000 mile interval.

I feel that I was talked into a service that was unnecessary. After referring to the owners manual we didn’t need to service the rear and front axle. That didn’t need to be done until 120,000 miles. And I was told that it was nearing the service mileage limit of 64,000 miles. The phone call from the service department suggested it need to be done soon and we could do it today or schedule for another time. Once we checked the service manual we learned the recommended time was 120000 miles. That is not soon but another 60000 miles or another three and one half years
