Staff could not pull up my car correctly. I have a major warranty package with my. BRAND NEW 2023 ELANTRA.! I drove from Lewis in 24th St. down to the shop only to have a snotty receptionist who has no customer service skills informed me that my car is actually used and I don’t get any service. Dumb **** it was a **** buy on site brand new with cash.
The idiot behind the counter informed of your scamming!! The idiot behind the desk that they sell the new cars to the service department and then get the cars back so they are no longer new and don’t have a warranty you motherfucking scumbags. If I would’ve known how much **** I would’ve gone through with under Reiner motors I wouldn’t considered a Hyundai.
I wasted a whole day due to your stupidity.
What can we do to make this situation right because you **** up! My brand new 2023 ELANTRA needs service. I paid good money for that goddamn warranty. Only need to have it be denied by a **** secretary who can’t look up a car properly.
This is one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve ever been through.
But considering this is a bot form and your customer service skills are **** terrible. I know you won’t reach back out to me. This is just a form so customers can feel like they’re doing something. You’re **** lazy horrible customer service skills won’t even bother reading this post..

I simply wasn't able to get a recall service done for the second year in a row. I live in Bozeman, so we will have one more try next year at my year 3 (last) warranty service. I am not sure this is service tech Bonnie’s fault-but I just had a couple of issues. First of all when I got to the place, a gentleman service tech who was very pleasant, greeted me and asked my name I told him and after making sure he couldn’t see my name on the schedule, he asked me how I made my appt, as he said he wasn’t showing that I was in the schedule. I told him I made it on your website because my indicator had been coming on saying that it was time for maintenance. That is the only reason for making the appt. He said that I should only just call the service dept. to make an appt from now on.
