Brought my vehicle in a second time for intermittent flashing of engine light. Under 1,000 miles. Was told everything checked out o.k. no solution offered. Am I to just live with it and how do I tell if it's a real warning or not. This is an issue I won't just live with. Somewhere in Hyundai land someone know this issue and how to repair it. I expect Underriner to research this and find out the solution. In the meantime, I am driving a brand new Kona with a defect.

My Volvo has been making a noise , like a loud humming noise every time I push my gas’s pedal. For about a month every time I drive it . So a bring it in and waited over 2 hrs and when it’s done they said that he couldn’t hear the noise . I start my car to leave and I hear the noise . Ugh ????

I had brought in the vehicle for two recalls, but primarily there was a molding or some sort of plastic hanging off of my car on the bottom… They inspected the car and said they couldn’t find anything loose or hanging down off of anything… About an hour after I left the dealership, it was hanging down again lol, I’m sure it was just simply overlooked on accident, but just kind of funny… I’m calling on Monday to see if they can take a look at it whenever I can find time to bring it back to Billings

I made my appt online and they didn’t have any record of it. They said they could still service the vehicle so that was good. I rec’d a video of my car being checked in. Then it was crickets. I finally called the service department 15 minutes before they closed and Jackson answered. He soon figured out that my car appt was forgotten and no one serviced my car. He did sincerely apologize and assured me my car would be serviced first thing in the morning. I luckily have family that live in Billings so I was able to spend the night. As I don’t live here. As promised, my car was serviced first thing Friday morning. Jackson gave me his card and told me I could contact him directly with any questions going forward. He also gave me a discount on the service.

Bonnie was 10/10 and went above and beyond to help me. It was an overall excellent experience, however I had to drive 2 hours home with my sunroof missing. I think there could be other options for your customers who live out of town.
