I am not sure this is service tech Bonnie’s fault-but I just had a couple of issues. First of all when I got to the place, a gentleman service tech who was very pleasant, greeted me and asked my name I told him and after making sure he couldn’t see my name on the schedule, he asked me how I made my appt, as he said he wasn’t showing that I was in the schedule. I told him I made it on your website because my indicator had been coming on saying that it was time for maintenance. That is the only reason for making the appt. He said that I should only just call the service dept. to make an appt from now on.
