Sid has always been wonderful to work with. He is honest and shoots me straight which I appreciate. I am picky with work done on my vehicle and Sid has always taken care of my gripes as well as my concerns with the utmost professionalism. He has earned the dealership my business time and time again. I understand that the service department has a protocol to follow but as a pro nuance anti ba kind of guy I wish the diagnostic process allowed for more “digging” to find the actual issue as a sale point rather than worst case scenario assumptions which I agree to pay for ahead of digging deeper. As example my differential is making a lot of noise so I got a quote for rebuild but would rather have been offered pulling the dig cover to further investigate and best case scenario I get a more comprehensive understanding of the issue and am out the time and some oil to find out. Maybe I am one of a few but I’m willing to spend a few hundred to find out if I really need to spend a few thousand or not. That being said the customer and mechanical service I did and do receive is great!

Aaron did a great job. The appointment for a part recall. However your Parts department did not have the needed part in stock. So now I have to come back. It would be nice if Service checked to see if the Part needed was in stock before making the appointment. Also you should have a process to run VINs against potential Recalls during a regular Service visit; it's frustrating to get the Ford letter on a recall the day after an oil change at the dealership, when the dealership could have notified me and made an additional appointment while on site.
