I was traveling across the country and had issues with my radiator hoses. I landed in the Dalles with 2,500 miles to go. I called the local dealership to see if they could keep me on the road and by 10:am I was back on the highway with confidence. Trevor was my service agent and he was the best that I have ever experienced in my 61 years on this planet. I wish that I lived in that town, because I’m in the market for a new truck and trust that dealership because of Trevor!!!

I’ve had a few issues with the service department guys. This time, it was the oily hand prints all over the hood of my truck. The second thing is leaving a mess inside my truck, I no longer have the pictures and the third thing is I’ve been in at least three times to have my rear camera changed out due too a recall. Two different times I’ve been in for a SCHEDULED appointment and they said the part had not made it in yet and one other time I was told they had put the camera in someone else’s truck! I’m still waiting on the phone call from either one of the two service guys to let me know that they have the camera in. It’s not just “SID”

I made an online appointment that did not appear to be an actual appointment despite receiving an email confirmation and multiple text message reminders. Fix your system!!! This was inconvenient for me and your staff. The new ownership doesn’t seem to know what’s going on.
