I have been in three time in the last 3 weeks with the same issue and no resolution. Now am being told I will need my car back for another 1/2 day which will bring my wait time to over 12 hours. While everyone has been courteous and friendly Im finding it hard to believe that the service department cannot diagnose the issue with a car with less than 30k miles on it.

After paying a $2k bill I identified a 3” hose clamp that was destroyed on my air intake, my negative battery terminal was not tightened and multiple clips on my coils had broken tabs.
In regard to the service performed, so far the oil leak is gone but time shall tell.
