I was quoted one price over the phone and had multiple witnesses to it. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the balance was higher and there was no explanation to why. Then I was charged a 3% credit card fee on top of my transaction. Worst experience in a mechanical shop I have had to date. I will not be using Underriner mechanics in the future.

I had an outstanding experience with the service team at this dealership and felt it deserved a 5-star review. After another Ford dealer made a mistake during a fuel filter service that caused a serious fuel leak and left my truck disabled on the highway, I had my 2024 F-350 towed here while I was far from home. From the moment I arrived, Service Advisor Mearl took the situation seriously and made sure my truck was looked at immediately. Communication was excellent and I felt like they genuinely cared about getting the issue resolved the right way. Technician Ronald quickly diagnosed the problem as a fuel line that had not been fully connected during the previous service. He fixed the issue properly and had my truck back up and running the very next day. After what had been a stressful situation, their professionalism and competence were incredibly reassuring. Because of how well Mearl and Ronald handled everything, they have absolutely earned my trust. Even though I live in Vancouver, WA, I will gladly be driving my truck to The Dalles from here on out for service and any issues that may arise. It’s not often you find a dealership service department that stands out like this, but these guys absolutely did. Thank you again to Mearl and Ronald for taking care of my truck and getting me safely back on the road.

I'm disappointed that I was trying to be upsold on services not required by my vehicles maintenance schedule. 2 of the 5 items are not even service items for my vehicle according to the user manual.

Satisfied with the diagnostics. They returned it to me with a low tire alarm. They could have at least put some air in the tire.

Service advisor was confused about my service vs another client. Had to adjust charges on both mine & the other person's bill. Was in waiting room when I saw my truck brought out & waited another 20 minutes until I went to the service desk to ask if it was done. "Yep it's right there". For the text it was completed after I left. Also charged me for an air filter that I shouldn't have had to pay for under my $5000 service contract I b paid for. I expect to be reimbursed.

The service techs were super helpful and so kind. The car sounds better than when we bought it!
