Merle Billings is very helpful. But he and most of the other service advisors never look up when you walk into their area. They never make you feel welcome. Or acknowledge you’ve even walked in the door. They can’t seem to get the right ports ordered most of the time. And then when we get our vehicle back, it’s dirtier than we brought it in. The window that they worked on had grease and smudge all over it from when they worked on it. My wife went back in to ask if he could be cleaned. Nobody looked up or acknowledge that she’d walked in. Then it took way longer than needed to explain what the situation was. Finally a Mechanic service tech was in there cleaning another window and heading out to clean another window on a vehicle. And he said that he would wash my wife’s window. And he was very surprised that the window was that dirty and provided to us as a completed service visit. Plus, Weir never told where our vehicles are when we bring them in to pick them up. We have to look all over for him. I’m just not impressed. Call me anytime. My name is Eric N

I dropped my truck off to get injectors done, drove it less than a day and check engine light came on. Had it “diagnosed” the mechanic said it’s fine go ahead and drive it, truck blew up a week later, after that I brought it back and the truck sat for over a month before they half way diagnosed it and I just grabbed it from them. Horrible customer service.

It took longer than expected and originally I was told to drop it off at 9:15 and it would need to be kept most of the day.
When I dropped it off I was told 1 hour so I stayed. It took 2 hours… felt like a waste of my time and had to change other people’s plans that were originally picking me up
