Mearle (I’m sorry if I messed up the spelling) has always been wonderful! I bought my Nissan (5yrs ago) & have only serviced through them. He still always remembers me ! Actually I am generally pleased with the service. All your people are great. The only problem was that I dropped the truck off 45 minutes early and it still took nearly 5 hours. I understand that things happen but it sat in the lot well past noon before it went into thes shop. Would have been good if the service writer would have let me know of the delay. That said I still appreciate doing business with you and will be back.
