Niman was very professional and pleasantly polite but I was surprised to learn that I would have to pay for today’s service and did not have any further complementary services. I was under the impression when I bought the car that they would continue for some time. I declined oil change and tire rotation.

The service advisor was kind of an **** to be honest. Tried to give me a guilt trip about the tech not getting paid because there was nothing wrong with the truck. While that would **** and I'd feel terrible for the tech, that's not the customers problem, that's on Sullivan Brothers for not paying their employee for an NPF. My truck is under warranty. I paid over 50k at YOUR dealership. Multiple times now, a hesitation has almost gotten me t-boned. So I don't really care what the computer says- I care about what it's doing and what literally thousands of other Tundra owners have reported as well. (Yeah sorry for checking Google to see if other owners have experienced the same problem- that's another thing the advisor gave me a hard time about). Learn how to treat customers or find a new job.

My experience with Niman continues in the same fashion as my initial service contact; friendly, thorough, professional, calm, and possesses the ability to communicate, in basic terms, the specific shop techs findings. He offers guidance, yet allows the customer to ultimately make the decisions. Niman definitely adds to the value of your dealership and my decision to have my vehicles serviced there.

The initial drop off of my vehicle was great because I was driving and the vehicle could be driven on local roads without getting in an accident due to the limited speed. The tech found the issue quickly with the assistance of the dashboard lights and description of driving. The service desk took my information and told me pretty quickly the issue, the estimated cost and that most likely is majority should be covered with my auto insurance. All but $500?was covered making me feel better. I returned as the vehicle was ready and my services person was on day off but worked with the other service desk people and all was good and I paid the whole value as I’ll be receiving a check for the amount. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable making it easy to deal with this rodent issue. The only issue. When I returned home after repair I started looking in the engine bay to find a mouse nest almost perfectly clean and new, of course I removed it but should have been done at the shop. Put rodent repellent in the engine bay.
