Seana was very helpful. I made this appt three weeks ago following concerns that my Navigation System still isn’t working. This was my 4th visit to the Dealership for this problem with my new car. Turns out the person to work on it, Ben doesn’t work on Thursdays. Tech, Dylan was very helpful but he couldn’t connect his phone to my car either. I’m worried now.
