2hr wait time longer than expected (multipoint inspection, tire rotation, state inspection).
I do like the new system of receiving multipoint inspection results & recommendations via text, easy to approve or defer recommended additional service.
Surprised at the $89 estimate to replace engine filter. I purchased the filter online for $15 and replaced myself in less than 5 minutes.

I question the in-serv and delivery dates.
This car was not officially delivered to the dealership and final down-payment made until May 4, 2023 when I traded in my other RAV4. All of the other purchase documents are backdated to March 14, 2023 by the cashier.
