When i dropped off my car for service at 11:17am i asked Patty how long it would be she said “no more than an hour” . That timing would have worked for me because I had to go see a client of mine for work at 1pm. At 12:50pm when my car still wasn’t ready I asked Patty where it was and told her I needed to get to an appointment. She told me it would be “5 more minutes, i promise”. When i told her i had another appointment and i needed my car she waved her hand at me and said yeah yeah yeah and started interrupting me and dismissing me. 5 minutes went by and i looked into the service area and my car was still up in the air. At 1:15pm they finally drove my car up and i got right into it and drove away, because i was then going to be 30 minutes late for my own client. Moral of the story is, be truthful when you tell your customers how long their oil change will take. If she said 2 hours i wouldn’t have stayed because i have kids and work and other commitments. It’s completely inconsiderate of other peoples time . This is not the first time this has happened with Patti and i really don’t like getting service done at that dealership anymore. I’m going to reconsider next time i buy a vehicle and go elsewhere because my time is precious to me.

Tires were under inflated with tire light on. Required maintenance light left on. No multi point inspection form. Mileage on receipt not updated. Had mileage from a year ago. Inspection sticker placed above last year’s and old sticker residue not cleaned off.

I went in for the 120K mile maintenance for my 2013 Highlander and discovered not everything was done after I returned home, including the wheel rotation. In addition, the front driver-side tire was 6 lbs low in air which I myself added afterwards. This means the "multi-point inspection" was either not done or completed. I spent almost $2,000 which was supposed to include the 120K mile package (listed at $466.18 plus tax on their website), which includes spark plug replacement, synthetic oil change, both air filters, fluid top-offs, and various inspections and electrical checks. What else was not done? Spark plugs? I also paid for rear breaks, a steering column repair, and a power steering fluid flush, all of which was quoted as $1,500 extra while the other work was supposedly being done. I'm now wondering if these were actually needed (or done?) since I did not receive the inspection (break pad measurements, etc.) printout of these, and what I actually pay for. I also had a coupon for some money off that was never taken after repeated attempts so did I end up paying full price? Also, I have a 2007 4Runner that I bring to this dealer for all maintenance and while changing the oil today I discovered the large plastic engine cover has a large crack with a replaced bolt (not factory) on it. This obviously came from Sullivan Toyota since I myself did not do this. This crack is what prompted me to write all of this as it's the last straw and other issues have occurred with this dealership over the years with my cars. I've been a customer of this dealer for 23 years and am wondering why I am being treated like this and what will be done to resolve this for both cars. I'm bringing in my 2021 4Runner for an oil change on 9/30 (only because I have a coupon) and will be having a conversation about this with them as you can imagine.
