I have interfaced with her over the years and she is always professional and customer focused. When picking up my Corolla yesterday, I noticed the invoice was incorrect due to charges that increased but were not posted to the web. Patty calmly and patiently corrected the invoice. She did this while the only advisor closing out the last hour of the day. Other customers were waiting but she handled the pressure very well and stayed focus on my issue. I brought my truck for oil and tire rotation. I also had a rattling noise underneath my vehicle which I suspect was a loose clamp.
