The initial drop off of my vehicle was great because I was driving and the vehicle could be driven on local roads without getting in an accident due to the limited speed.
The tech found the issue quickly with the assistance of the dashboard lights and description of driving.
The service desk took my information and told me pretty quickly the issue, the estimated cost and that most likely is majority should be covered with my auto insurance. All but $500?was covered making me feel better.
I returned as the vehicle was ready and my services person was on day off but worked with the other service desk people and all was good and I paid the whole value as I’ll be receiving a check for the amount.
Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable making it easy to deal with this rodent issue.
The only issue. When I returned home after repair I started looking in the engine bay to find a mouse nest almost perfectly clean and new, of course I removed it but should have been done at the shop. Put rodent repellent in the engine bay.

I arrived on time for a 4pm appointment for an oil change and an inspection sticker. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes for the oil change and I was told there wasn't time to do the sticker.
When I make an appointment, is it a reservation for the time slot to service my truck?
or
Is it a reservation to get in line behind walk-ins and a long back log of other people waiting?
As much as I like to get oil changes here, the wait time for an oil change with an appointment is 3x longer than other places that offer drive-in with no appointment.
