3 months later guy calls me and tells me not that he made mistake but every other reason that my fault he said I owe 600 haha today I pay 600 over the quoted price so guess we are even ,wanted to bring the New tacoma truck I will buy for service better rethink that huh ,Christian was nice though ,been losing with you guys since 2017 3 vehicle purchases better go to back McGee

2 hours over when vehicle delivery promised. Salesman told me I could have vehicle 45 minutes earlier if I traded in and bought new car. Tire pressure light discussed and still on. Told wait “a minute “ for transport ride to target. Service guy Christian disappeared. Walked up to target to find him standing in the mall. Approached and he walked away. We bought 2 cars from you in past year and will NEVER use you again. Also, rude service people all around.

You should change your schedule for service. Instead of booking service every 15 minutes to every 30 minutes. Someone shouldn’t have to wait an hour and 45 minutes for a tire rotation.
