From the start, I spoke to Patty, and with her knowledge and experr advice,I booked an appointment. Angel, was so helpful and understanding when I had to cancel my appointment.He booked another appointment for me.
Today, when I called to see if I could possibly have work done today, Tom said "You might have an hour and a half wait, but come on in, we will be glad to take care of you" So happy,drove right down to Sullivan Brothers Toyota.

I was hung up on multiple times trying to connect with the service department. Finally the receptionist that picked up the phone said she would go to service for me and make sure they put my keys in my car. When I got there my car was locked. Thank goodness Patti was there way late and found my keys inside somewhere. She deserves a bonus!!
