In June 2025 I purchased a 2019 Tacoma
After 9 months and 9000 miles I’m informed I need 4 new tires
I got the run around when I purchased the truck, not from my sales person Mile but from management and finance dept and now it looks like Sullivan Brother is continuing to be a huge disappointment
If I didn’t purchase the 5 year platinum coverage I’d stop using Sullivan all together
