I waited close to 3-hours for an oil change & tire rotation, which I had a scheduled appointment for.
I mentioned that I’d like to speak to someone about my lease options bc my lease will be up in 12-months. No one spoke to me during the 3-hours.
I was told I needed a new air filter bc it was “black”. I said ok. Then I got the pictures after I agreed and I absolutely did not need a new filter.
Christian was polite but my overall experience is never good. I now know to plan for a 3-hour wait, but it is ridiculous to have to do so.
