Came in for oil change and tire rotation with a coupon that was sent to my house from the dealership. Service manager, Patty, didn’t seem thrilled that I brought in a coupon that offered such a great discount. She told me over and over that I was getting this for “nothing” though paid $35 for this service. She seemed to put off by the fact that I got such a great deal. Everybody else at the dealership was pleasant, professional, and courteous. Everyone has a bad day I get it, but I just seems that she was annoyed.

I ordered a black exhaust tip, all season floor mats & predator steps for my 2024 Tacoma sport. Christian in service was great as was my salesman Mike & we all noticed immediately that the predator steps had two recognizable gashes. We were all baffled that the technician installed & never noticed the defect?? Also noticed the back seat mats weren’t there. Christian went & got them as they were left in the box by the technician???. Have to come back again as they had to reorder the steps. Unfortunate but Christian & Mike took care of me! Not very confident in the technician who installed tho! Appreciate ~Peter

Bill is great! He is very thorough. He makes sure I know what my repair cost are before doing any work. He also lets me know about my maintanance needs. He is personable and respectful! Everyone tells me not to go to a dealer for repairs, but I believe Bill is honest with me all the time regarding my vehicles repairs!!!
