Sullivan Brothers Service Dept did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our 2010 Rav 4, after it had to be towed to their garage. They knew what was wrong, fixed several issues, and it was all done in a friendly, professional and timely manner. The car runs beautiful.

I called at 12:10 for shuttle pick up. Told on their way. Over one hour later I had to call again for the shuttle. Then when I arrived, a woman told me noone was around to get my car. She gave me the key and told me to go to a certain area to get it. It wasn’t even there. I backtracked and eventually found it. She was saying thank you and sorry but was rushed and didn’t say it with any sincerity. Very poor experience … awful way to treat a loyal customer.
