My previous dealer always cleaned my car inside and out before they returned my car to me. I really appreciated this perk as a sign they cared that their clients were happy. So when my RAV4 was returned to me dirty a second time, I was disappointed. I am going to be honest with you because you asked for feedback. I am sure calling me "dear" may have been well-meaning, but it was a superficial attempt to appear kind. It is NEVER appropriate to call a stranger "dear". I have been calked this before at other dealerships (both sales an serbice), so I suspect it is taught on the job. It may have worked in the 1960's, but now it comes off as condescending to women. I have mever spoke up before, but I thought I'd give your customer relations a chance to benefit from a truthful reply. I am not the only person who will appreciste your taking me seriously.

Had a 10:30 am appointment. We checked in, then went to the waiting room where we waited 3 hours until we went out to see our service person only to be told that they hadn't even touched the car yet. You would have thought that someone would have come out in those 3 hours to tell us they were running late!!!! We told them to do the inspection and leave the other things we wanted done until another day. That was ridiculous!!!!
