On another note, your online booking is odd. Why bother to have a slot ever 15 minutes when there's no cap to how many people can select the same time. Since there are slots it makes it seem that you're choosing a specific service time when that's not the case. I ended up waiting 2 hours for a tire rotation. It would be helpful to indicate an estimated wait time for the time slots if you keep them uncapped.

I didn’t get an explanation why my battery test failed (a year or two earlier than expected?). I wish they’d tell me more about how dire the tire situation was. I think they were so busy on a Saturday they can’t really spend time being clear about issues they found with my car.

Sullivan motors was unable to reprogram the factory remote starter . It is factory installed, and you should be able to redo this process with no problem however, I was told it's not factory which it is when you couldn't do it. I was referred to auto sound to check out this problem..
