If I could I would give Patty 100 stars. She went above and beyond expectations to help the timing of our service work because of our personal situation and we really appreciated that. She also went the extra mile to follow up with communications on her day off to check on our status and follow up with me. Who does that?!!! The quality of work is outstanding ( that’s what keeps me coming back) BUT!!!!! Please stop over booking . The past 4 times I’ve come just for a simple oil change it’s close if not over 2 hours when the actual work takes 45 minutes…. I feel really bad for the people who work the desk because they are getting to deal with all the pissed off customers… again I love Sullys but these long **** waits gotta stop …..

What is the process that needs to be followed to file a complaint. Hood latch was broken, hood was not latched and this was not told to me when car was returned to me. I discovered this when on the highway.
I would like this reported and the issues resolved at Toyotas expense

I waited 3 hours to have my routine service done. I had to go out and ask for my car, it was parked in the lot. I would have been there for even longer if I didn't tell them I wanted my car to leave. It was ridiculous. Very disappointing and I always encourage people to come to this location.

I had a customer loyalty service coupon to use towards today’s service however I forgot to bring it in from my car to
the service area. It expires at the end of January. I called my Service Advisor Bob and he said no problem - he authorized the use of the coupon toward my next service visit. This was a courtesy that was very professional & very much appreciated. I’ll be back!
